Hi There Abuela,
Maybe a little off topic, however, Beyond the usual burritos and tacos, traditional Mexican foods can be traced back to the ancient Aztecs who dined on an array of fruits and vegetables combined with fish, meats and many spices, and seasonings. Today, Mexican cuisine still varies greatly by region including the central, western, and southeastern sections of the country, the mountainous regions, the Oaxacan, and the Yucatan peninsula.
Great Job!

Christmas Eve was usually my favorite growing up! We would go to 5:00 mass-the only time I ever liked going to church-and then come back to my parent's home for an "appetizers only" party. My dad would make his well-known pizza bread. We gorged on a variety of dips and other enjoyable foods and just enjoyed each other's business. This year will likely be my initial time hosting it and I can't wait. Oh, and we also had Christmas Eve pajamas!

Of course I couldnt eat them all, but I did find a website full of even more tomato recipes at that site.
