Here is a sweet treat of a dessert sure to warm the heart of everyone at your dinner table this Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday. Enjoy
Dave’s Sweet & Sticky Peach Cobbler Recipe
2cups of flour
3/4 cup crisco shortening
1tbls vinegar
4tbls water
3tbls sugar
1/2tbls salt
Sift flour sugar salt, mix in shortening by hand till looks like little pea sized ,add wet ingredients and form a ball wra…p in plastic or plastic baggie an set in fridge for 30-45mins

2 cans peaches sliced 15oz
3/4 cup brown sugar
1tbls butter
“1 shot of slow gin if you would like to add”
Cook down on stove top till nice an sticky ,,,in a glass baking dish , place sticky peaches ,roll out dough in very thin sheets an cover ,( double sheets of dough is excellent ) use all the dough ,sprinkle a touch of brown sugar over the top.


Bake at 350. for 30-45 minutes until golden brown enjoy Dave’s Sweet & Sticky Peach cobbler
