2 each Cloves Garlic — Crushed
1 tablespoon Oregano Leaves — Dried
1 cup Chicken Broth
2 cups Dairy Sour Cream

Take one fresh pork shoulder, 3-4 limes, spices (seasoned
salt, Adobo, ground cumin, chili powder, black pepper) and one medium aluminum roasting pan.
Take your roasting pan, and with some aluminum foil make a temporary rack by twisting some
foil into a makeshift rack. Sit your pork shoulder roast on top of the foil twist rack.
